Toothbrush Package for Kids
Aim of Project
Cover needs of parents whose are looking solutions both for cover of tooth brush for travelling distances between school and home and habit of timing tooth brushing in attractive package for children
Target Users
Children to feel friendly for toothbrush and experience of usage
Research
Children usually carry toothbrushes without the holder
Ergonomics of the toothbrush is not suitable for a kid hand
Parents want their kid to retain brushing habit, spending 3-5 minutes
Hourglass enables kids to gain a timing habit while brushing their teeth
I interviewed with a pedagogue and she said that children resemble and imitate the animals which they like.
I went to a kinder garden and observe their behaviors. I asked the teachers to explain their teeth brushing habits. Some of the products included cover and some of not. The ones did not included cover used with plastic bags in transportation. This point influenced my design decision process.
Exploration
Design a joyful package to differentiate toothbrush among others for children, feel friendly with the product and encourage them to brush their teeth on time with the hourglass.
